From the Lab

When a system has no API, we still don’t hand the whole job to a person

For the settings and platforms that have no clean way to connect, an agent can operate the real page directly — with a person confirming the specific action first.

Status: field-tested internally — not yet a standard part of the platform.

Not every system a business runs on has a clean way to connect to it. Some tools — older platforms, certain hosting control panels, one-off admin screens — simply have no API at all, which usually means the only way to get something done is a person clicking through it by hand, every time.

We built a way for an agent to operate those same screens directly, the same way a person would, for a defined set of specific, named actions. It never improvises — it can only do exactly the action it was built and approved for, on the specific target a person names and confirms.

It’s a narrow, deliberately un-clever capability by design: better to cover real tasks properly, one at a time, than to give an agent free rein over a screen and hope.
