Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct

Customers and users may not use EverythingBusiness.ai to:

1. Access an account, network, system, database, or record without authorization.
2. Obtain, use, transmit, disclose, or test credentials belonging to another person or organization without authorization.
3. Circumvent authentication, tenant isolation, permissions, approvals, access restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
4. Introduce or distribute malware, ransomware, malicious code, or destructive functionality.
5. Facilitate phishing, credential theft, fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or intentionally deceptive conduct.
6. Unlawfully monitor, surveil, profile, track, or target individuals.
7. Send communications that violate applicable email, telemarketing, messaging, or consumer-protection laws.
8. Process personal information without the rights, authority, notices, consents, or other lawful basis required to do so.
9. Use EB to make decisions prohibited by applicable discrimination, employment, housing, credit, consumer, or other laws.
10. Violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
11. Interfere with the availability, integrity, security, or normal operation of EB or a connected system.
12. Probe, scan, exploit, or attempt to discover vulnerabilities except through an EB-authorized security-testing program.
13. Knowingly misrepresent unverified AI-generated material as independently verified when doing so would be deceptive or unlawful.
14. Configure workflows to perform actions that Customer itself lacks authority to perform.
15. Intentionally introduce raw payment-card information, protected health information, or similarly regulated information into EB unless EB has expressly agreed in writing to support that category of information.
16. Use the Services for criminal or otherwise unlawful conduct.
17. Assist or enable another person to engage in prohibited conduct.

Enforcement

EB may investigate suspected violations and restrict access or functionality when reasonably necessary to protect EB, customers, third parties, or connected systems.
