Authentication session cookie

EB uses a WorkOS-backed application session cookie to maintain authenticated sessions.

The current application configuration limits the session to approximately 12 hours and uses a host-only cookie.

Temporary authentication-state cookie

During certain authentication and invitation processes, EB uses a temporary cookie to securely maintain authentication state.

The current implementation limits that cookie to approximately 10 minutes and removes it following the authentication callback.

Analytics and advertising

The current EB application does not implement:

• advertising cookies;
• behavioral analytics;
• tracking pixels;
• remarketing;
• session recording; or
• local-storage tracking.

Accordingly, the current application does not operate an advertising-cookie preference center.

If EB later implements analytics, advertising, or other nonessential tracking technologies, this Notice and applicable consent or opt-out mechanisms should be updated before those technologies go live.

The everythingbusiness.ai marketing website sets no cookies of its own for analytics, advertising, or personalization. Where the Get connected form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token needed to confirm the submission comes from a person.
