Hosting problems get fixed before a client ever notices
Suspended accounts, low disk space, expiring certificates — resolved automatically where it’s safe to, escalated to a person where it isn’t.
Status: running in our own day-to-day operations today.
A website going down, or its security certificate quietly expiring, is the kind of problem a business owner usually finds out about from a customer, not from us — and by the time it’s visible, it’s already cost something.
We built a set of agents that watch for exactly these conditions across every site we host — an account running low on disk space, one suspended for using more bandwidth than its plan allows, a certificate about to expire — and fix what’s safe to fix automatically. When something needs a judgment call a machine shouldn’t make alone, it becomes a task for a person instead of getting fixed silently or left alone.
The result is fewer support conversations that start with "is my site down," because most of the time that’s already been resolved before the question gets asked.
