Getting paid without anyone having to chase it
When an account falls behind, it gets a real, working way to pay automatically — before it becomes a phone call.
Status: running in our own day-to-day operations today.
A missed payment is easy to lose track of when it’s one of hundreds of accounts, and by the time someone notices, it’s often turned into an awkward call asking for money that’s now overdue by weeks.
We built an automated process that watches for a payment that didn’t go through and, rather than just flagging it internally, sends the account a real, working way to pay immediately. If it’s still not resolved after that, it becomes a task for a specific person to follow up personally — not an alert that sits in a queue.
The goal isn’t to replace the conversation a person has about money — it’s to make sure the easy cases resolve themselves so a person’s time goes to the accounts that actually need a human touch.
