Catching what falls through the cracks, before it becomes lost revenue
A running memory of the business that asks, continuously: does anything here need a person’s attention?
Status: running in our own day-to-day operations today.
A growing business has activity scattered across a CRM, a calendar, a support queue, and a sales pipeline. Nobody has time to sit and cross-reference all of it every day — so a lead that goes quiet, a meeting that got missed, or a sale that stalled can sit unnoticed for weeks.
We built a capability that keeps a running memory of that activity and continuously asks one question: does anything here need a person’s attention? In its first days running against our own real operations, it surfaced exactly that kind of thing — follow-ups that had quietly gone missed and a lead worth re-engaging — none of which anyone had flagged by hand.
It never acts on its own. When it finds something, it either raises it for a person to look at and decide, or — only when it’s confident there’s a concrete next step — proposes that step for a person to approve. Nothing happens without that approval.
