Ask a plain question about your business and get the answer from the real records
No report to request and no spreadsheet to build — and the access it answers with can only read, never change anything.
Status: running in our own day-to-day operations today.
Most questions an owner has about their own business — how many calls each rep made this week, which accounts cancelled last month and why, how many demos turned into sales — already have an answer sitting in the systems the business runs on. Getting it usually means asking someone to pull a report, then waiting.
We gave our own team a way to ask those questions in plain language and get the answer straight from the live records: sales, phones, billing and support. It works out where the answer lives and looks it up, and you can watch which records it checks along the way, so a number can be traced back to where it came from rather than taken on faith.
It reads; it cannot write. The access it uses for these questions is read-only at the source, so asking a question can never change a record — and the widest, company-wide view is limited to the owner.
