From the Lab

An agent that reads every support ticket and proposes the fix — not just flags it

Routine technical fixes get proposed the moment a ticket needs one, not on a schedule — a person still approves every one before it happens.

Status: running in our own day-to-day operations today.

A busy support queue is where small, fixable problems sit the longest — not because they’re hard, but because someone has to notice them, diagnose them, and remember to act, in between everything else going on that day.

We built an agent that reads incoming support tickets itself, recognizes the kind of routine technical problem it knows how to fix, and proposes the exact fix right away. A person still has to approve it before anything actually happens; the agent’s job is noticing and proposing, not deciding alone.

The result is a queue that gets worked continuously instead of in batches, without handing a machine the authority to act on a customer’s account by itself.
